Educated at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, founder Micki Zurcher is an illustrator and background artist who honed her skills in the animation industry in Los Angeles, working at Disney, Nickelodeon, and Warners Bros. et al., before stepping out on her own to develop and brand her design and letterpress studio, the first phase of which is The Indigo Pug©. 

"I remember years ago, before I even went to art school, I was walking around the gallery at Cal Arts in Valencia, amazed and loving the display of graphic design, never imagining someday I'd have my own business and sharing my love of typography and design with others."

She has the conviction that you don't have to have a multi-million dollar budget to stand out in your field and is excited about sharing her skills with new businesses and start-ups.
